Ed Rodriguez is an Advisory Partner at WIDC.  Mr. Rodriguez currently serves in an advisory role and liaison in WIDC's negotiations with foreign governments.

Mr. Rodriguez is currently the president of Connectiv Solutions, LLC, a government relations, business development, and management consulting firm.  Prior to establishing Connectiv, his career spanned the public (President George Bush Sr. and Governor Jeb Bush’s administrations), private (GMP Companies, IBM, Price Waterhouse Coopers Consulting, and AT&T), and not-for-profit (RAND Corporation) sectors as well military service (Air Force Academy, Air Force Reserve, and Naval Reserve).  Ed chairs the Florida A&M University International Business Advisory Council and serves on the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, U.S. Small Business Administration Regulatory Fairness Board, North Florida District Advisory Council, Florida Black Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the National Alliance for Expertise Studies Advisory Board.  Moreover, he is a graduate of Leadership Florida Class XXIV and Tallahassee Leadership Class XXII.

Mr. Rodriguez’s network of domestic and international political relationships along with his significant experience in the formation of off-shore real estate development projects is crucial in WIDC’s ability to effectively negotiate with local governments.  Ed received his BA from the University of Texas, his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
