David Benson is
a Founding & Principal Partner at WIDC.
Mr. Benson currently directs development and construction activities and
resources while continuing to foster collaborative business partnerships to
ensure the successful completion of all future projects.
Prior to
establishing WIDC, Mr. Benson served as a board member with both Forest Hills
Holdings and Signatures Development Corporation where he was responsible for
the developmental planning of over $12B USD in both domestic and international mixed-use
real estate projects which included hotel, commercial, high-density / single
family residential, and golf course structures.
Mr. Benson’s prior experience also includes over 10 years of development
and construction experience in the Dominican Republic where he personally
developed upscale residential projects worth $125M USD in total real estate
value.
With over 30 years of development, construction, and architectural experience, Mr. Benson’s exceptional and diverse expertise significantly enhances WIDC’s ability to exceed financial objectives in the target region. Mr. Benson received his BBA cum laude from the University of Oklahoma.
