Rodney Kilborn is a Founding & Principal Partner at WIDC. Mr. Kilborn currently directs all finance, capital raise, and operational activities and resources while continuing to identify and engage in potential investment opportunities throughout the Caribbean.
Prior to establishing WIDC, Mr. Kilborn served as a board member and Active Partner with IPS180 and was principally responsible for over $504M USD of M&A, $62M USD in bottom line cost reductions, and over $380M USD of restructured financing initiatives. Mr. Kilborn has also performed key leadership and senior management functions at several large corporations to include Siemens and General Electric where he was directly responsible for over $27M in annual cost reductions, $145M USD in domestic and international acquisitions, and a $53M USD increase in annual revenues. In addition to his corporate experience, Rodney also served as a Staff Non-Commissioned Officer and veteran in the United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Kilborn’s ability to develop and streamline profitable international business ventures is critical to the achievement of WIDC’s financial goals and objectives. Mr. Kilborn received his BS in Business Administration magna cum laude from Berkeley University.
