Atit Jariwala is an Advisory Partner at WIDC. Mr. Jariwala currently serves in an advisory role in WIDC's hotel and casino market development and management.

Mr. Jariwala is currently a Partner of Gemini Advisors, a NYC-based firm which manages and finances hotel and commercial properties throughout New York City, Texas, the Southeast, and Caribbean. Atit is primarily responsible for the acquisition and management of Gemini Real Estate Advisors' hospitality assets. Prior to joining Gemini, Mr. Jariwala worked with Wells Hills Partners, a boutique real estate investment bank, and as an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney. At Salomon, he helped raise more than $500M in equity and debt capital and was a key member of the team that provided advice on mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions for corporations and real estate investment trusts such as Host Marriott Corporation, MeriStar Hospitality, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Shurgard Storage Centers, and RFS Hotel Advisors. Prior to Salomon, Mr. Jariwala worked with Lehman Brothers, Prudential Securities, and Monitor Company.

Mr. Jariwala’s extensive network of hospitality affiliates along with his significant experience in the acquisition and management of hospitality resources is critical in WIDC’s efforts to synergize project assets and maximize returns to operators. Atit received his BS in Economics with distinction from Yale University.
