Investor Policies
West Indies Development Company (WIDC) neither accepts or solicits investments from the general public. Eligible investors in WIDC projects must be "accredited investors," either high net worth or institutional, as defined by the US Securities Act of 1933 and comply with any blue sky restrictions imposed by the state in which they live and/or are based.
