Karl Cluff is a Partner at WIDC. Mr. Cluff is principally responsible for the execution of all development plans and project management.

Prior to his role at WIDC, Mr. Cluff owned and operated Cluff Construction Corporation where his company successfully completed numerable heavy infrastructure projects including several contracts with local and state governments. Karl also worked as an executive with Signatures Development Corporation where he played a significant role in the developmental planning of mixed-use real estate projects and was responsible for the management of over $7B USD of planned construction. Mr. Cluff served in a senior management capacity at several large firms where he personally managed over $500M USD in construction efforts that include over 30 years of heavy earthwork and infrastructure, roads / pavement, storm and sanitary drainage, utilities, flood control, high-density and single-family residential, golf course, and irrigation projects.

Mr. Cluff’s impressive and diversified construction management experience is essential to WIDC’s ability to meet critical financial and time-sensitive milestone objectives throughout any project. Karl attended Eastern Arizona College where he pursued his AS in Civil Engineering.
